This course encompasses the study of probability, statistical inference, regression, and experimental design, wherein students will learn to obtain, analyze, and interpret data effectively. They will explore various methods of data collection, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression modelling, and experimental design, all within the context of AB engineering projects anchored on specific Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Further, the course includes the integration of the effective use of suitable statistical software/s that will empower students to make informed decisions and drive sustainable development initiatives through data-driven engineering practices.
