A course that provides students with an overview of project planning management. Design to deepen critical understanding of the strategies, processes, techniques, and issues involved in project planning and development and turning them into identifiable outcomes and impacts. It helps students identify factors leading to project success and learn how to plan, analyze, manage projects. This course involves the development of a project logical framework, formulating work plans, management plans, risk management plans, and cost schedules. Building on this knowledge students is expected to develop a project proposal within their field of interest.
