A course intended for students in economics and other disciplines concerned in applying introductory microeconomic principles to domestic and international environmental policy issues. It provides diverse set of tools and techniques with emphasis on economic theory and concepts used in managing environmental resources. As such, it allows students to think critically about environmental policy, thus preparing them engage in the policy- making process by providing foundational knowledge.
