This course will equip students with adequate knowledge and technical skills to prepare them to become scientists, technicians, and entrepreneurs in the field of crop science. This area highlights the field production and management of high-valued crops and ornamentals and encompasses the different factors that affects production including soil and climatic conditions. Also, the recent status and technologies will be undertaken to address food security amidst climate change for sustainable crop production.
