This course introduces the different Intellectual Property (IP) categorized under two main branches. It also introduces the freedom to operate and the legal issues and the application process and strategies for each IP. Topics include copyright and industrial property, patent system, patent searching and drafting, utility models and computer implemented inventions that ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote life-long learning opportunities for all.
