A study of the constitutional provisions and special laws governing natural resources, their use and disposition, with special focus on the concept of “Land is Life” of IPs/ICCs. The study includes existing laws protecting the environment and the ecosystem and prevailing rules against despoliation of the environment, such as Indigenous Knowledge, Systems and Practices (IKSPs) that conserve natural resources of IPs/ICCs.
