In this course, the student will understand the concepts apply the standard principles, and practices in slaughtering farm animals, and processing their products particularly food. It will emphasize the animal post production systems; handling animals before slaughtering and dressing rules and regulations that governs meat inspection in the Philippines factors affecting carcass yield processing plants slaughter and dressing procedure, and product processing and animal products.
