This course provides training in different movement patters and core engagement in conjunction with the principles of healthy eating and physically active life. Students will be able to adapt and transfer the movement competency in different context (i.e. use of training equipment) to develop effective movements and increase the quality of performance. Thus, this course also help the students develop their body awareness and movements through active participation in all physical activities involving balance, agility, strength, flexibility, endurance, speed, coordination, power and among others that provides the opportunity of the students to measure his own potentialities, progress and health status as well as to compare his accomplishments with those of his classmates.
